Hi! Thank you for checking this page. I have prepared a short English FAQ imagesower section, to help you a little at the start.

WHEN WILL MY ARTWORK SHIP?

My artwork will ship as soon as possible; however, the orders could take approximately 3 to 4 weeks. I know this is a long time to wait. Everything depends on how big is the artwork, how much precision I need to take to prepare it, and what materials I will use.

Some of my paints dry faster than others, but this also influents the final effect. I also like to varnish our pieces (to protect them from unfavorable conditions e.g. dust, so you can enjoy them for a very long time in the future), but I can do this only when they are completely dry.

Also part of the reason for this long turnaround time is that all my items are handmade and highly customizable. This means that your piece will be handmade, as soon as possible, personally by me. The customization also means that sometimes items will be slightly delayed while we restock supplies.

If you have a time-sensitive event (think wedding, anniversary, etc.), then feel free to email me at office@imagesower.com, and I will do everything I can to accommodate you.

The usual waiting time, that your order will be shipped, is:

  • 1-2 business days – beaded earrings, bracelets and pendants or even painted, but not requiring a complicated process of coating with varnishes and jewelry glass
  • 5-7 business days – as above, as above for which we have to bring the materials missing in our warehouse
  • 10-14 business days – as above, for which we have to order specialist materials
  • 3-4 working weeks – as above, secured with specialized coatings of varnishes and/or jewelry glass
  • these waiting times are only for personal, singular orders. It isn’t valid for wholesale orders.

Shipping time:

It depends on your location. Usually, shipping companies declare delivery within 7-28 working days. Closer you are to Germany and Poland, the delivery should be faster.

DO YOU FRAME YOUR ARTWORKS?

Usually, I do not. If you wish, I can frame some artwork, but I will also charge you extra money for the service.

WHAT IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR MOTIVE?

Don’t hesitate to contact us! Email office@imagesower.com, and we will be happy to figure out the best solution for your piece.

Note: Please make sure, that you submit your problem immediately. If your application comes to us after the CUSTOM ORDER was made, we aren’t able to offer free exchanges.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?

Email me at office@imagesower.com to discuss your unique situation. For custom orders, I will not process a free replacement because you don’t like the design or the final result. You’re the one who is selecting the designs and materials you would like to be incorporated into your piece.

Before placing the order, make sure to put or include all the details correctly and make sure that you like everything. If you have any doubts about materials or designs feel free to contact me, but what matters most is that the final decision is yours. I may give a partial refund but a full refund will not be possible since the item was custom-made to your specifications.

For Jewelry orders – refers to brands: wOczkuSroczki, Objet d’ART & SHIBUI, which are provided by my Polish partner, please check the Returns Policy of each brand.

CAN I RESERVE SOMETHING THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE IN YOUR NEXT SHOP UPDATE?

In order to keep things as fair as possible, we keep the releases on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will set a time and date that can be seen over in the newsletter if you have signed up for email updates. If you are interested in arriving on time to shop updates, highly recommended is to sign up for the newsletter. Sometimes the new items tend to go within the first couple of minutes!

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

At this time, We (my partner and I) only offer wholesale on selected jewelry and prints. Prints and digital designs you can order via my ETSY Shop, but jewelry… English FAQ imagesower doesn’t have enough information about it. Please try to find specific information via my partner’s brands – wOczkuSroczki, Objet d’ART & SHIBUI or feel free to email us at office@imagesower.com to discuss more.

If you do not see an interesting print in my shop, please feel free to contact me with your question via email at office@imagesower.com.

I, Kate (imageSOWER) am currently based in Berlin, Germany. You may also look for my partner – Przemyslaw (wOczkuSroczki, Objet d’ART & SHIBUI), he is currently based in Mikołów, Poland.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do ship internationally.
