WHEN WILL MY ARTWORK SHIP?
Our artwork will ship as soon as possible; however, shortest small orders could take approximately 3 to 4 weeks. We know this is a long time to wait. Everything depends how big is the artwork, how much precision we need to take to prepare it and what materials will we use. Some of our paints dry faster then other, but this also influents the final effect. We also like to varnish our pieces (to protect them from unfavorable conditions e.g. dust, so you can enjoy them for a very long time in the future), but we can do this only when they are completely dry.
Also part of the reason for this long turnaround time is that all our items are handmade and highly customizable. This means that your piece will be handmade, as soon as possible, by our gifted miniature painter. The customization also means that sometimes items will be slightly delayed while we restock supplies. If you have a time-sensitive event (think wedding, anniversary, etc.), then feel free to email us at email@example.com, and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
The usual waiting time, that your order will be shipped, is:
- 1-2 business days – beaded earrings, bracelets and pendants or even painted, but not requiring a complicated process of coating with varnishes and jewelry glass
- 5-7 business days – as above, as above for which we have to bring the materials missing in our warehouse
- 10-14 business days – as above, for which we have to order specialist materials
- 3-4 working weeks – as above, secured with specialized coatings of varnishes and / or jewelry glass

WHAT IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR MOTIVE?
Don’t hesitate to contact us! Email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to figure out the best solution for your piece.
Note: Please make sure, that you submit your problem immediately. If your application comes to us after the CUSTOM ORDER was made, we aren’t able to offer free exchanges.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?
Email us at email@example.com to discuss your unique situation. For custom orders, we will not process a free replacement because you don’t like the design or the final result. You’re the one who is selecting the designs and materials you would like to be incorporated into your jewelry. Before placing the order, make sure to put or include all the details correctly and make sure that you like everything. If you have any doubts about materials or designs feel free to contact us, but what matters most is that the final decision is yours. We may give a partial refund but a full refund will not be possible since the item was custom made to your specifications.
CAN I RESERVE SOMETHING THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE IN YOUR NEXT SHOP UPDATE?
In order to keep things as fair as possible we keep the releases on a first come, first serve basis. We will set a time and date that can be seen over at Instagram (@objet_jewels) and the newsletter (contact form is at the Contact Us page) if you have signed up for email updates. If you are interested in arriving on time to shop updates, highly recommended is to sign up for the newsletter in case you miss the post with the date. The new items tend to go within the first couple of minutes!
